The 365OS is refinished, so that's not moonglo; the 4005 isn't look at the rest of the pictures of it. the dark fireglo is dark fireglo. :). The 460 is. It's silly anyways - moonglo isn't a color, it was a 'mistake' on a couple of instruments. In hand - there's no mistaking the mistake that is moonglo, it doesn't look like fireglo at all...

As you know, I strive for correctness. Are you saying the 365OS that Ron has/had is refinished, or are you referring to the 360OS?

Yes - HG 1189 -> well documented with photos and Stephen's account below - its a refinished guitar and while a good refinish, it's not the same shade as the others... Hard to say it's original when there's photos of it before and after the refin, and the folks that owned it and refinished it have confirmed it (as well as the person who did the work). Nothing personal Angelo, still cool...

I can shed light on this. That particular guitar (365OS) was once mine (HG 1189, as I recall) and was among a group of instruments that were damaged by a flood in my house in 2004. Afterwards, I sold it for the value of its parts to Florida dealer, Timm Kummer. Timm had the split body repaired/refinished and it found its way into the collection of Ron O'Keefe. It was Moonglo when I bought it, circa 1980.
